Braveheart, imagine using your attention, time and energies to live + chronicle the life you desire [need, want, deserve]. Imagine thriving within your daily choices and cycling like the moon into new phases.
Let’s step into our fullness by noticing our work, practicing what we crave, and connecting with people who share our interests [ideas, hope, dreams].
There can be no growth if we do not remain open and vulnerable to what is new and different.

💛✏️📒 As we move into the second half of this calendar year, I am intent to [attune] 〰️ my creative practice (reviewing and resetting various details).
- And I hope you will join in by becoming attuned to living what matters most to you + invest time and energies in being in-community (locally and/or online).
- Also — I hope you will begin to show your work as a means of tracking your progress + connecting with like-minded folks (locally and/or online).
[Connection] is why we’re here. It’s what gives purpose and meaning to our lives. And in the absence of connection, there’s suffering.
Brené Brown
How we maintain connection varies. And while we may “follow” people via social media, it is rarely a connection [purposeful and meaningful] if we are not intentionally (and consistently) interacting.
Braveheart, living the same life over and over is a form of death.
Without intention, chronicling our progress and showing our work, we cannot see our options.
- We have options — even when we believe otherwise.
- We have people to show our work to — even when are convinced no one wants to see it.
To accomplish this, we need to begin with how we see ourselves — what appeals to us, words to describe our dailies and discoveries; moods, vibes, etc.
These details are related to our desires and capacity, worth and potential. We cannot hope to receive anything we do not believe we are worthy of receiving.
I compiled a set of templates to help us get started with noticing [showing our work]:
You can fold the pages of this free download into a booklet, or use the templates you need in your journal-planner.
The courage to be vulnerable is not about winning or losing, it’s about the courage to show up when you can’t predict or control the outcome.

Thank you kindly for your presence here, Braveheart.
I appreciate your interest and support.
