I don’t want to find myself sighing and frightened,
or full of argument.
I don’t want to end up simply having visited this world.
Mary Oliver

The past quarter has been restful and clarifying, complete with unexpected blessings and outcomes and adventures (some delightful, some not so delightful). 😊
- It has been about trying softer and dandelion wishes and moving forward.
- It has been about inviting wonder via new communities and writing rituals, self-directed studies and new book discussions.
🌷 April is already inspiring a new healing inner bloom for me. I am experiencing new energy as I face facts about events (and people) in my past + how much energy I gave to what is futile.
- Because [this is my time] to experience what I need/want to live.
- “I don’t want to find myself sighing and frightened or full of argument” (Mary Oliver).
- making my life something particular and real (day-by-day) 📆
- “I don’t want to find myself sighing and frightened or full of argument” (Mary Oliver).
- Acknowledging what is futile, because “band-aids don’t fix bullet holes” and,
- … it is time to believe what people taught me about who they are.

💗 This is my time to live what I put on pause in order to fulfill the other roles I desired and lived. That was then—this is now.
- “All that you need / It can happen right now“
- Living in this moment:
- Engaged with the present (self-keeping):
- living what is desired
- proper rest and sleep
- movement
- being outdoors
- nourishing dietary choices
- tidy and function-facilitating home spaces
- healthy, supportive relationships
- Aware—but resisting the distractions of the past & worries about the future
- Daring to dream beyond (perceived) limits.
- Engaged with the present (self-keeping):
- Doing all the things I have “forgotten” within my grief-fatigue and recovery.

In art we are once again able to do all the things we have forgotten; we are able to walk on water; we speak to the angels who call us; we move, unfettered, among the stars.
Madeleine L’Engle

Any day can be your day. So, Braveheart please, live and “create whatever causes a revolution in your heart” (Elizabeth Gilbert). 💗
- Any day can be Day One (along with prompts + art for micro-acts of creativity), is the focus for the second Right Brain Planner Guide for 2025.
- visual prompts to create art cards from the Day One Guide
- “Your life is fully on you…start taking yourself seriously“

There’s no place to get to, and maybe that is why it is so easy to feel lost.

*Anna’s posts (like this one) have been a balm for my wandery soul of late.

Everywhere we walk can be a kind of holy ground, can spark another moment of awakening.
