I have been incorporating more time for [stillness] within my dailies to ponder my beliefs and to daydream.

  • It was where I put my energy and focus (instead of overthinking what could have happened; worrying about what could happen in the future; being frustrated because the original work of the day didn’t happen).
    • Emergency situations cause us to take notice of the goodness of Life.
    • Emergency situations also cue expressions of love and appreciation.
    • Emergency situations also offer a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.

Having social support and connections with others is critical for feeling motivated and believing in yourself and your power to achieve.

Yesterday, a kaleidoscope perspective meant I was especially grateful for my partner and the support of friends.

My guide word for 2024 is [latitude] and it has served me well. It has helped me to live with my grace, and to let go of unfounded hope and habits steeped in faulty beliefs.
