Every single one of us will have our life interrupted, whether it’s by the rip cord of a diagnosis or some other kind of heartbreak or trauma that brings us to the floor. We need to find ways to live in the in-between place, managing whatever body and mind we currently have.

Within a conversation between Alice (in Wonderland) and the Cheshire Cat we learn that if we do not know where we are going, we are sure to arrive “somewhere” if we walk long enough.
- But knowing [where] we want to go is the question to answer first, Braveheart.
- What do we need in the journey?
- How do we want to feel when we “arrive”?
- And are we willing to trust our pace?
Arriving at our destination will take as long as takes, and one route may (or may not) be better than another. Life goes on …
- We live on purpose — or by default (allowing our unwillingness [inability; perceived limits] to choose be the choice we make.
Braveheart, my choices (and living well) right now involve trusting my pace as I track my sequences (with compassion), along with some other assorted details of my current reset.
- I know learning creates possibility (Seth Godin) and I know everything cycles 🌙 like the moon.
- Lunar phases remind me that progress is not always tangible (or visible) as I cycle through the seen and unseen, knowns and unknowns of my cycles.
- I publish resources I create within my creative practice; content and templates that help me to visually process what I am experiencing. 🍀♻️💚
- My current focus is moving [between worlds] 🌎🌐🌍 (personal changes) and offering myself [latitude].
The universe is full of magical things patiently waiting for our wits to grow sharper.

“Now I’m not saying that you won’t have many bad days where you feel incompetent and like you are flailing like a crazy person. As Kurt Vonnegut put it so perfectly, ‘When I write, I feel like an armless, legless man with a crayon in his mouth.’ But at times you will also feel like you are able to leap over tall buildings with great ease if you go directly into that place you spent a lot of time when you were a kid, experimenting and making messes, and playing on the floor.” –Keri Smith
People can have their experience of you, and you don’t have to agree with it.

Every single day, we get to choose.
Lughnasadh (August 1) marked the first harvest festival and the midpoint between the Summer Solstice and the Autumn Equinox in the northern hemisphere.
- This is a time of abundance in the height of the summer season. 🌾 This can be a time to honor nature, reflect, and show gratitude for nature’s bounty.
Braveheart, dates and calendar years are not as relevant or memorable as personal anniversaries, seasons and celestial cycles — or for our perspective and discovery, expression and growth.
- Choices are constantly offered to us within our anniversaries, seasons and cycles.
- We live on purpose — or by default (allowing our unwillingness to choose be the choice we make.
Prompts:
- What is something you could benefit from seeing from a different perspective?
- What discoveries are you experiencing within times of personal reflection?
- What are ways you express and process your living?
- How can you honor and celebrate your personal growth?
Thank you kindly for your presence here.
