🧡 A common topic in the communities I host (and survey results from a poll I shared via Instagram) verifies that if you are feeling stuck you have kindred company, Braveheart.
[Create] the opportunity to embrace the richness or depth of something, which can be especially rewarding when the other things you are looking for seem at a distance. This is how you can grow in gratitude for the little things while you wait for the bigger things to make sense.

Braveheart, I compiled a download with ideas and prompts and art cards for [getting unstuck] as you and I cycle through our stuckness. 😊
(Because everything is simply a phase as we cycle through our feelings and experiences; we cycle through “light and darkness” just like the 🌔🌕🌗 moon.)
Braveheart, together we are stronger, so it is important to address our stuckness.
Because when we feel inadequate or “behind,” we tend to default in the following ways:
- We view ourselves with an “all or nothing” 😱 lens: we “forget” that everything cycles like 🌙 the moon.
- Everything changes and everything is simply a phase that we cycle through.
- We believe we are “the only one” with situations like ours (and then we begin to isolate 🫣 ourselves).
- We self-loath and slip into a shame 😔 spiral: we begin to believe that “if only” we had […] then we wouldn’t be in the situation we are in (feeling the feelings we are feeling).
Braveheart, it is vital that we offer compassion to ourselves in these moments.
To foster self-compassion I write content and create templates focused on right brain planning (expression + dated entries).
🧡 Right brain planning ensures I am able to:
- live more of what matters most to me
- have a dated and sequential chronicle of my living
- process what I am feeling + have a chronicle of what I gave my time and energies to (monthly themes, keywords and discoveries)
During the past almost two decades I have enjoyed expanding my vision for Right Brain Planner® which has included publishing an annual right brain planning kit and cyclical resources, hosting creative communities, membership groups and book discussions.
Thank you kindly for your presence here.
I appreciate your interest and support.
~love & good wishes~
❤️ Braveheart, as the Creator/Artist of Right Brain Planner® I am ever-grateful to have the opportunity to share my creative work online + support other creators! 🎉 For almost 20 years I have had the privilege of sharing my art and writing about right brain planning while also hosting kindred 👭🏽💞👭 communities. ✨ I consider it an absolute delight to continue this portion of my creative work (even as I retire from full-time work).
This is possible, in part, by {you} and your presence here. But also because of the support of my Ko-fi patrons and the other member/subscriber communities I host (via their presence, input and paid subscriptions).
