☀️ This has been a summer moving between two 🌎🌐🌍 worlds, of making space for listening, of less (and less) — of release and crossing over. Of love and reminding myself How to Master a Life Transition as I move from one world (Before) to another (Next).

    • Pondering these syllables feels like standing thigh-high in waving wheat under a cloudless, chambray-blue Oklahoma sky … wholly at-ease in a wide open space.

People associate [discipline] with having to do what they’re told. But discipline is quite a lovely word. It comes from the same root as disciple, and it means seeing yourself through the eyes of the teacher who loves you. We have that teacher within ourselves …
