  • Keeping a daily journal (using a monthly calendar, weekly planner, line-journal or via free-writing) helps to connect us to our living; it helps to create order when busyness, ongoing challenges or unexpected circumstances cue a sense of disorientation.

Right brain planning is a way to externalize (put on paper to discern + process) what we are experiencing internally.
