Take the pressure off yourself when it comes to perfectionism by welcoming moments of creativity wherever you find them. By accepting that not everything has to be perfect to be valuable, you can find joy in spontaneous creative moments, and this joy helps you create space in your life to embrace freedom from perfection.

The July guide word from the Right Brain Planner® Kit is [enough]. Having a system, a scaffolding of sorts, facilitates a sense of “enoughness” by providing us with starting points.
- Being/Doing is the Life Quad focus.
Starting points help us to show up for ourselves on the page (or jotted note cards) as we align our values and desires with our actions.
- Suggested starting point: download these free templates for July-August as a framework of prompts and content for expression and creating a dated chronicle. 😊
Right brain planning is allowing your journal (visual expression in words, color, doodles, marks, layers of collage, etc.) to be your planner (a dated chronicle of your living and desires).
- This allows you the freedom to curate [your thoughts, feelings and desires] for the purpose of self-discovery, peace and well-being — and living what matters most to you.
Braveheart, I am in the midst of a reset. The last seven weeks have been a revolving door of Life Quad choices; rest and repeat within a continuous cycle of problem-solving, mingled with meaningful, healing moments within my most-beloved 💜 relationships.
Seven weeks of celebrated (long-awaited) milestones amidst some revelatory, frustrating, life-changing 🎢 (challenging but healing and restorative) moments.
Thank you kindly for your presence here.
I appreciate your interest and support.
~love & good wishes~
❤️ Braveheart, as the Creator/Artist of Right Brain Planner® I am ever-grateful to have the opportunity to share my creative work online + support other creators! 🎉 For almost 20 years I have had the privilege of sharing my art and writing about right brain planning while also hosting kindred 👭🏽💞👭 communities. ✨ I consider it an absolute delight to continue this portion of my creative work (even as I retire from full-time work).
This is possible, in part, by {you} and your presence here. But also because of the support of my Ko-fi patrons and the other member/subscriber communities I host (via their presence, input and paid subscriptions).
